1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by ap8 (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other supplementary rules or guidelines published on the ap8 platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ap8.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ap8 platform and close your account. Continued use of ap8 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ap8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the ap8 platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Use of the ap8 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ap8 is strictly an adult gaming platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of ap8, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ap8 platform or any affiliated service.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

ap8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. ap8 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a user who has misrepresented their eligibility.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money services on ap8, you are required to create a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per individual: Each user may register and maintain only one ap8 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update your details promptly if any information changes. ap8 may void winnings and close accounts where inaccurate registration information is discovered.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ap8 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ap8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC verification: ap8 is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide government-issued identity documents and any other verification materials requested by ap8. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal capabilities suspended pending resolution.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your ap8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance, after satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements, will be returned to your designated withdrawal method.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ap8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: ap8 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. ap8 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30, unless otherwise specified on the platform. Promotional offers may carry different minimum deposit thresholds.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to KYC clearance. ap8 processes withdrawal requests within one (1) business day under standard conditions. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Anti-money laundering: ap8 is obligated to monitor transactions for suspicious activity in accordance with international AML standards. ap8 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that raises a reasonable suspicion of money laundering or related financial crime.
• Third-party payments: Deposits from or withdrawals to accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Any such transactions will be reversed, and the associated ap8 account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ap8 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible account holders. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your ap8 promotional balance and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met.
• ap8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to protecting any legitimate expectations already created.
• Use of any automated system, software, or coordinated betting patterns to exploit promotional offers constitutes abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Multiple accounts or coordinated accounts used to claim bonuses will result in all bonuses being voided and all associated accounts being suspended.
• ap8 may impose maximum bet limits while a bonus balance is active. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is in play may be reduced to the maximum permitted amount.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the ap8 platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, casino, slots, 4D lottery, esports) are published separately within each product section of the ap8 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ap8 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been successfully placed and acknowledged by the platform system.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game or bet placement, ap8 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. ap8's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
• ap8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, integrity concerns, or where odds were published in manifest error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and may vary by game type, event, and user account tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface.
• Winnings will be credited to your ap8 MYR wallet upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ap8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the ap8 platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in odds to secure an illegitimate advantage;
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the ap8 platform's underlying software or infrastructure;
• Using the ap8 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Creating accounts using false identity documents or impersonating another person;
• Accessing the ap8 platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

8. Responsible Gaming

ap8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to support players who may be experiencing difficulties. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all ap8 account holders:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your ap8 account. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time limits: ap8 allows you to set maximum session durations and receive time-based reminders during extended play sessions.
• Self-exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from the ap8 platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended, and ap8 will use reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ap8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, and the ap8 brand identity — is the exclusive property of ap8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ap8 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ap8 content without prior written authorisation from ap8.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ap8, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the ap8 platform;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including any loss arising from account suspension or closure due to prohibited conduct.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude ap8's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. ap8's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your ap8 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.

11. Privacy & Data

ap8 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ap8 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ap8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ap8 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the ap8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using ap8 and may request account closure at any time.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ap8 holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ap8 platform shall first be referred to ap8's customer support for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the dispute to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process.

ap8 and the user each irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of ap8's licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the above process.
